He is the son of the late Billie Clyde Duncan and Pearl Evelyn Baker Duncan. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Billy Wayne Travis and Thomas Travis Jr., and sister Linda Joyce Travis. He is survived by his wife Peggy Kay Woods Duncan. Sons Tommy Duncan and Mark Anthony Duncan. Sisters Marsha Harrington and Norma Faye Aldridge. Five Grandchildren. Along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
