Zamario Lamar Ezell

August 6, 2011 - March 21, 2022

Zamario Lamar Ezell was born on August 6, 2011 and passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 10. Zamario was loved by everyone that knew him. He had been in and out of the hospital since three years old. Zamario was able to walk and talk and run around until May 2013 when he had meningitis. The doctors said he would not make it through, but Zamario overcame the odds and lived seven more years because of the care his mother and his home health care nurse provided him. Zamario laughed and smiled all the time. He was just the sweetest little boy that anyone could ever meet. His favorite color was green and he loved touching soft things. Zamario is preceded in death by his brother, Isaiah Lamont Ezell Miller; aunt, Lorraine Schiebner; and grandmother, Dale Hedke. He is survived by mother, Katrina Schiebner; step-father, James Mercado; father, Lamont Ezell; brothers, Marquan Murphy, Lamont Ezell Jr., Tristin Ezell, Carmello Ezell, and Rickey Ezell; sisters, Alivia Miller, Anastasia Ezell, Angel Cooper, Jennha Doughty, and Katie Mercado; grandparents, Dennis Schiebner, Joe (Rhonda) Mercado, Tanita Ezell, Lamont (Ruby) Sims, and Peggy (James) Plant; uncles, Billy Schiebner, Michael Hedke, Lamont Sims Jr., Keith Mercado, and Dustin Murphy; aunts, Destiny Schiebner, Tarha Schiebner, Kiersten Hedke, Melissa Reinig, Stacy Mercado, Tawanna Ezell, Crystal Ezell, Deangela Sims, and Bobby Popielarz. Zamario had lots of cousins and a very big family that loves him a lot. Zamario was a fighter. He had been through so much and always overcame the odds. He will be loved and missed.
